Should network infrastructure availability fall below 100%* in any monthly period, we shall refund 5% of your monthly charge for every half-hour of server downtime, up to 100% of your normal monthly contract value. The credit will be applied toward future payments. Please contact us with details of any outage if you wish to apply for a refund.
